While incredibly repetitive, this song is fabulous and makes me dance around every time i hear that wonderful cowbell.

No one listens to Hot Hot Heat for the deep intelligent lyrics or the brilliant guitar playing. They listen to Hot Hot Heat because it's fun to dance around in your underwear while hoping that you closed the drapes and the neighbors can't see you. The beat to this song is impossible to not dance along to, and it's impossible to not smile when you hear the opening chords. Sure, it's fluffy, but they've won a Juno, guys, a JUNO! Okay, even in Canada that really doesn't mean anything, but it's a decent song.

This song is good but it's not the best on Make up the Break Down. The whole CD is awesome. This song is great. IT's just as catchy as Bandages, but the song writing isn't as good.
