I love tatu, i guess i kno now that they are not lesbians, which is goo, but i would still love them even if they were! This song is the music equivelancy of raking a car alarm up and down a chalkboard, then shoving the entire thing up a screaming cat's ass. Their high pitched voices annoy the hell out of me, I cant help but make fun of it when I hear it. And about the lesbian thing....lesbians belong in pornos so horny men can get their rocks off. They dont belong on the streets, they dont belong in the media or on tv, and apart from what many carpetmunchers here have said...its NOT ok to BE lesbian. In TATU's defese, its ok to pretend to be one to make a dude pitch a tent, but its not ok to BE one. My God, pick up a biology book sometime and read it.

Okay. Here's the deal with this song. It SUCKS because of the lyrics, not the music. Meaning, it would be a great song if it was about something other than lesbians coming out. Seriously. You can call me prejudiced all you want. My religion opposes homosexual activity, and I do too. Why is it that a song about homosexuality is glorified by this society, but a song about keeping God's commandments would not be? Who's gonna save you, God or TATU? The song is BRILLIANT and the gals are WICKED! The fact that the RUSSIANS MADE THIS FAR in the US and Europe SPEAKES FOR ITSELF! The first time I heard this song, I was stuck in traffic on my way home from work. I understood the lyrics right away and I have to say I am really glad that finally someone has the courage to write a song that speaks to other couples besides boyfriends and girlfriends. The music is catchy and I agree with everyone else who wrote in their reviews about acceptance. You have to be who you are and love who it is you love. Respect is the key.

I think it's a deep and very affectionate song. There arent many gay artists out there, and prejudice still exists very much. If they're not fake, I respect their courage and hope to listen to some more of their songs because, as I said, the lyrics are different and more deep than some of the stuff out there.

I really like this song, it's really catchy and is something new and different. I don't agree with reviewers saying it's 'it's a view on how they feel' because I don't beleive they really mean the words of the song. I read in the paper they both have boyfriends and want to start families someday, and although you can't beleive everything in the papers, I think the whole lesbian thing is just an act to get people to buy their single. But it worked, and I love the song.

Well, I agree with that part that the music is great, but sorta manufactured, like just about everything in the pop scene right now. But we all know that they're trying to sell sex, especially the forbidden lesbian aspect of it. And the more forbidden things are the more we want it. It was quite a surprise for me to discover the purpose of the song. It is good that people sing about this.
I just still can't believe people (and even a girl, here!) could ever say this:

Live sex shows? I don't believe love is about this. Do you realize how much hatred this message carries? Hopefully there's more messages like this message of hatred, so we can speak out fears, and find a peaceful middleground.

Surprisingly, I really like this song. Teenage Russian duo, t.A.T.u., is one of the best international acts in a while. The chorus is catchy and the music is great. It is an awesome dance hit.

We're doomed to be stuck with this group for a couple of months while the music press drools all over their image and shoves it down our throats. Absolutely fantastic. I've been listening to these ladies for quite a few months now. I loved it when they had their russian versions and had a friend translate it for me. But now that I've heard the english versions it's that much better. I hope these ladies keep it up.

The REMIX of this song is absolutely fantastic!
Like the 'Clueless' remix of No Doubt's 'Don't Speak', a good ballad has been 'Trance-formed' into a club dance staple of 2002-2003.
Not since 'Sandstorm' by Darude, has there been a song that gets my techno-hating club crowd jumping onto the dance floor!
I give the original version a '7' but the Club remix gets a '10'!!!
