You hit the nail right on the head. I mean. I can't even speak of bands like Jefferson Starship and Guess Who in the same sentence with todays mediocre music. We are supposed to be progressing ,not regressing.

Back in 70's when Cheap Trick and Queen were new, music was great. They used real musicians who played real instruments on songs and the lyrics were well structured and made sense. Music back in the 50's, 60's & 70's had melodies (which is lacking in today's music) and is still remembered 50 years later. Will today's music be remembered 50 years later??? I really doubt It. Turn on any ''Clear Channel'' CHR (Top-40) station these days, the answer is evident.

Music nowadays is geared to 12-15 year olds. Seriuosly can they even develope a serious liking for music at that age. I was listening to Cheap Trick and Queen in my teens and I'm damn proud, but kids nowadys won't even recall this crap in 15 years

What an awful song. Kelly can't sing and the lyrics are moronic. Why are the music conglomerates putting out such zhitty music from artists like Kelly Rowland, Sean Kingston or that skanky Ho Rihanna. No wonder why the music industry is doing so bad.

Seriously. No wonder they are too emmbarressed to use thier own name. They don't wanna be linked to a loser who actually likes this bull. By the way, the best part of Freddy v.s. Jason is when Jason kicks her dumb ass to the curb.

I heard this yesterday. It's just great!!!. She was in Destiny's Child. I remember miss Rowland's acting debut on Freddy V.S. Jason and it was just superb, simply breath taking!!!. This song is just ''Totally Awsum Dude''!!!! I can see it now, ''Kelly Rowland'' the actress, and the singer of the new millenium. Check It out this is a must buy..Kelly Rowland can really blow and after hearing her luscious voice, you will glow!! ''Work'' by Kelly Rowland is detined to be an all time classic. Take it from me, (The Real) Dr. NRG!!!!
